I wish I knew what he was thinking. Is he really gazing at the Christmas tree?
He hasn't knocked off a single ornament with that big, fluffy tail. He hasn't run into the tree full speed, or skidded dangerously close. He doesn't even bark at it any more.
He's just being good.
Very, very, very good.
p.s. I am feeling very bad about not responding to comments - I am having major e-mail problems. Some of you have left such good suggestions, or kind words, and I really appreciate them all. And I try to say hello to people who are leaving a comment for the first time, and I haven't been able to do that, either. I'm hoping my jumping screen/disappearing e-mail problems end soon.
I love your tree. Your dog is just too cute. Wish my cat behaved as good as him with our tree, she mostly drinks the water but sometimes I catch her chewing on the tree.

Your tree is gorgeous! Your baby looks so precious, I hope Santa puts something under the tree for him. Twyla

What a sweet boy!
I guess most of your ornaments are from the 50's? They would match the walls and linoleum in my parents first house!

I love all of your vintage ornaments, I could sit and stare at them for hours, too! They are all so unique and special. What a cutie your dog is, good luck getting that picture.

Jumping screen? Have you tried a virus check?
Got your not about the heart to heart swap, and will count you in.
Tree looks great, of course. :-)

I love your tree! Mm perhaps your dog is thinking; I just wanted to be in that blog half of the times she is blogging about vintage Christmas ornaments nonono, even a tenth would be great, nonono 1/100th would do.
I feel honored that you respond to my blog, do we have a red line or what? Enjoy these dark days before Christmas, or are you very very very busy buying and cooking?
