That prize ornament reminds me of those old narrow Dutch houses you see in Amsterdam. I love it. I think you have some vintage elf connection at the North Pole, who sends down all those goodies, that arrive in your neck of the woods thrift store. I want his name and number, please.

What a GREAT day at the thrift store! Although they're simple, the striped ornaments are some of my favourite ones to find.

You scored, I did not find any Vintage Ornaments this year at my Local Thrift Shops. I usually find them throughout the year at Estate Sales. Have a wonderful Holiday. Hugs, Diane

Linda @ A La Carte

So glad your luck has changed!! I have never found Shiny Brites but I will one of these days (I hope). They are so wonderful I'm happy for you!

You did deserved some sort of pick-me-up after all your mishaps. You struck gold at the thrift - loving those bells....I bet you shrieked with delight!

Karla Nathan

You got some stunners! A lighthouse? That must be a rare one.

Brenda Kula

That is unusual, but very pretty! I wish I could shop your thrift stores. Maybe I'd come home with some pretty vintage ornaments.

what a lovely way to end a rough patch. beautiful christmas pretties.

Jenny @ The Red Bulletin Board

oh oh oh oh! Any chance that red star ornament might be for sale??? Stars and red??? I am drooling!

Carol @ Old Glory Cottage

I don't know of anyone who has better luck at the thrift than you! You must cram your pockets full of four-leaf clovers, rabbits' feet, and lucky pennies!

Wow, what fantastic, vintagey ornaments you've scored!
Are you going to post pictures of your christmas tree(s) decorated in all those gorgeous, old decroations?

You deserved a nice surprise after what you've been through. How fun to find these so close to Christmas -- maybe you'll even find some marked down after Christmas. I love those bells.

Wow, wow, wow! If you decide to Ebay any of those bells, I want to know about it!

Of course I wouldn't blame you for keeping all that bell-y goodness for yourself! Great score!

Wow. I don't know what else to say.
