If I'm lucky enough to find ornaments at the thrift store, I usually find only a few at a time.
And they're usually not all that unusual.
Except I just found this one, and I've never seen one like it before.
I almost never find ornaments in a box.
I don't think I've ever found two boxes at a thrift store.
And I couldn't expect the box to be completely full.
Unless I was really, really lucky. And given my Series of Unfortunate Events last week, that seems only fair.
It is safe to play "The Most Wonderful Time of the Year" around me once again.
That prize ornament reminds me of those old narrow Dutch houses you see in Amsterdam. I love it. I think you have some vintage elf connection at the North Pole, who sends down all those goodies, that arrive in your neck of the woods thrift store. I want his name and number, please.

What a GREAT day at the thrift store! Although they're simple, the striped ornaments are some of my favourite ones to find.

You scored, I did not find any Vintage Ornaments this year at my Local Thrift Shops. I usually find them throughout the year at Estate Sales. Have a wonderful Holiday. Hugs, Diane

That is unusual, but very pretty! I wish I could shop your thrift stores. Maybe I'd come home with some pretty vintage ornaments.

I don't know of anyone who has better luck at the thrift than you! You must cram your pockets full of four-leaf clovers, rabbits' feet, and lucky pennies!

Wow, what fantastic, vintagey ornaments you've scored!

You deserved a nice surprise after what you've been through. How fun to find these so close to Christmas -- maybe you'll even find some marked down after Christmas. I love those bells.

Of course I wouldn't blame you for keeping all that bell-y goodness for yourself! Great score!
