Holy garbage picking! I found that exact same mint tin today in someone's garbage. OK, I was walking the dog on garbage day, and it was right on top; it's not like I was rifling through their stuff..... XOX
Your buttons are adorable and why don't they make those pretty soft colors of rickrack anymore. I'm anxious to see what you're making with that chenille and rickrack and buttons -- are you going to sell this item in your Etsy shop, because whatever it is, I'm pretty sure I have to buy one.
(another greeting card: I'm sew happy to see you!)
Is there any scientific explanation why women of my age all get happy from these kind of buttons and rick racks? Was it tested on men too and do you think there is a role for vintage buttons regarding world peace?
I've just read all your old posts, mainly to see the vintage items you have. Interestingly enough, I have some of the same things. I didn't know the name of Gurley candles (can learn something new every day). Thanks and I'll be watching your Etsy more closely, I hate I missed some of the tiems.
Oh! Look at all of those wonderful buttons!! I keep checking your shop hoping that some day you'll part with some...but, why would you. I would keep them all to myself!!
Oh wow! Love it!

Those buttons do look so yummy...could just pop one in my mouth (and I agree with the tin that they would be mint flavored)

Nice! I'm jealous of the vintage rick rack! I can't wait to see the final product.

Your pictures could be greeting cards. Beautiful. For Valentines day, your greeting could be "Sew in Love with you."

What kind of crazy fun job it must have been to design those buttons! They look like candy to me but then again not much doesn't.
