Into Vintage

I'm getting a mixed message from the little chick -- his tie says 'all business' but the party hat says something else entirely. Oh, and the vases and planters? Perfection. -amy

Love the white with the touches of Pink! Very cute and nice Easter decorations.

I love your Easter display -- it's understated and just so pretty. The white planters with the little touches of pink are perfect and the big pink bunny is fabulous. I always enjoy seeing your holiday decorations.

I think The Easter subtle decorations are just perfect. Very sweet Vintage accents.

I always enjoy catching up on your blog. So much fun stuff to look at. Lavender is a favorite color of mine. It is my Maw-Maw's favorite, and I decided as a child I would love it too! The vintage photographs of the precious girl with the big bonnet is so very sweet...and she is some of your kinfolk...so that makes it even better, doesn't it? I'm not much on decorating for Easter, although it is my very favorite holiday of the year. It means so very much to me in a spiritual way, it is hard for me to feel I do it justice when I decorate. I may do a little something, though. You have inspired me.

I like your decorations, especially the pink bunny. You have good taste, and never fail to inspire.

Mmm wish I had a pink Easter bunny, since I don't, I guess I have to go all the way with Easter decorations. I still have to start, my fun collection project is taking some time, but I don't know. I think there is a school of thought that says that Easter decorations could be limited to the breakfast table on Easter too.

That magnificent pink bunny would probably be enough for most people, but me, I go the complete opposite direction and think that more is better! That's another thing that I gave up trying to win on Ebay. Paper mache Easter stuff. I hate when everyone else wants what I want! Maybe in the middle of the summer I'll have better luck trying to win one. I did manage to get a package of Gurley bunnies this past weekend for $1. At an antique store. Can you believe it?!

This Gurley candle strikes me funny! To me, he looks like he has a moustache! Just had to add that! You'll probably never look at him the same again!
