As our previous tenants can attest,
the accommodations we provided were cozy, but rustic.
That's why we're pleased to announce the Spring 2010 availability of Bluebird Estates, attractive and affordable lodging for the discerning bluebird. From the moment you spot the picket-fence pole and cheerful blue exterior, you'll feel right at home. Enjoy the newly planted forsythia, which represents just the beginning of our landscaping efforts.
Our acres of open lawn provide multiple dining opportunities, perfect for you and your growing family. No need to worry about eviction: with three houses, the tree swallows have a choice of accommodations, leaving you and your family in peace. No foreclosure worries, either: Your monthly payments are a song! (Literally.)
If you're interested, don't delay.
These homes have been on the market only one day, and already they're drawing interest.
Oh how cute! I really like your new boarders!
Happy Spring!
Hugs, Lisa

I love this post! It's right up there with the Christmas ornament awards.
If I were a cute little bluebird, this would be my dream home. I hope that little fellow in the photo isn't just a looky-loo.

Very spacious accommodations, the view is lovely, what's not to love? It looks like a great little community, where everybirdy is welcome!

I have never seen a real bluebird in my life! I am so envious. Our next door neighbors have had a bluebird house up for a few years yet, and still no takers. Sigh.

Couldn't find better tenants! I don't know where my bluebirds are. They're usually tucked into their houses by now. Maybe the wasps, that the little Carolina chickadees chase, have sent them packing.

Sweet!
We have a Cactus Wren family in our Senita catus, right outside the kitchen window. I'm hoping to see babies. It is so cool to watch them build their nest.

What a wonderful post! How do you keep the nasty squatters out the houses! We have had too many baby bluebird fatalities because of sparrows and other nasties! I love your blog, I feel like I'm out in your yard relaxing!
