Not just sorted. But sorted. Washed. Arranged.
And photographed. (Well, some of them.)
And some surprises, with Bakelite, celluloid and Lucite.
I'm selling a few lots on eBay starting Sunday night (you can always find me by my user name, kremisclub). I've got plans for the weekend. Most of which involve some stage of button sorting. I'm not complaining.
I'll say it again: WOW WOW WOW!

I am having very serious organizational envy. Just looking at these photos makes me want to sort something. Very inspiring!

I'd say you made progress. Love all the tidy rows of fun.

What a score on the bakelite and lucite and a weekend sorting buttons - that is PRICELESS!!

I certainly wouldn't mind sorting when the items are as adorable as these vintage buttons. Are you tempted to go back to a button banner for your blog? I would be.

The buttons are like candy even in the mason jars they are cool to display...like jars in a candy store. Did you know that people are making & selling their own buttons? I saw it on Etsy I think, where you can imprint a vintage button and then cast them in colored resin! Gee, I think it will be harder to know what is authentic now.

Those buttons look fantastic! Love the checkerboard (tablecloth?) you have them displayed on.

B...these are gorgeous. I want to sit and count them, ooh and ahh over them and then come back and put them on a favorite sweater. My favorite type of button ever.....thank you for the morning smile.
